Machine Gunner – A soldier that relies on suppressive fire in order to get about the battlefield. Perks include the Bullet Storm Trait which causes more suppression for the enemy and less for yourself when bullets are fired, and the Focused Fire Trait which spots enemies for your team when they’re fully suppressed.
Spectators
Spectators are not allowed in any matches. Only BCL sanctioned commentators streaming the match are allowed to spectate a match. If there is an unwanted spectator on the server, the teams must create a new game with a new password and make sure the password is not distributed outside of the playing roster.
A game cannot be disputed after the fact for having spectators in place.
Rule Violations
Disputing
If a rule is broken the match must be disputed. There is a dispute button in each match result page. The dispute must happen within 7 days after the match is played.
In the dispute the disputing team must provide proper evidence of the rule violation – a video or image proof the clearly shows the violation. If the evidence is not clear, there will be no penalties. Disputing a match without proper cause might have consequences to the disputing team.
Penalties
Violating a weapon restriction, weapon customisation restriction, class restriction, rooftop or combat role restrictions causes a -25 ticket penalty per each kill. Penalty for breaking Tank, Vehicles, Squad Reinforcements, Fortification, Roster or Battle Pickups restrictions is forfeit of the round the rule was broken. If both teams break rules on the same round, we can consider the severity of the violation and the number of violations or the round could be ruled as draw.
Playing the Match
The match contains 4 + 1 rounds, two rounds (both sides) in both selected maps. Each team selects one map. Points are counted per round, round winner is rewarded with one point. The match winner is the team with more points after 4 rounds. If after 4 rounds the score is 2-2 the teams play a tiebreaker map.
The tiebreaker is weekly (changing on Mondays) rotating map that is found on BCL Discord #announcements channel. The weekly tiebreaker map cannot be selected on that week as the team map by either of the playing teams. The tiebreaker map is booked at the time the match maps are picked, regardless of the match date. It doesn’t matter if the match is scheduled for next week and there is a new decider map.

Server Settings
Game Size: 16
Minimum players: T5=10 / T8=16
Password: ON
Maps: 2x Team1 map + 2x Team2 map + The Weekly Deccider map = 5 rounds
The Home team (the team mentioned first in the fixture) is responsible of arranging the server – unless teams together agree otherwise. The opposing team is responsible of checking the server settings before the match. The match can’t be disputed for incorrect server settings after it has been played.
Starting the match
Both teams should be in the server before the agreed time. A Game can be considered a forfeit when the agreed starting time has passed and one of the teams is in the server and ready to play in full strength for 15 minutes .
Challenging Other Teams in the Ladder
The Ladder is all about challenging other teams. In the ladder a team can challenge other teams in the ladder -5/+5 positions from the teams current position on the ladder. The winner of the match will take the place of the higher ranking team in the ladder.
Team cannot decline the challenge, but they can reschedule. Once a team is challenged the they have 7 days to respond to challenge: accept/decline. If the original challenge time/date was declined, teams has to find a proper time/date for the match within next seven days from the original declination. If the match is not played within the set time or a team forfeits, the match will be judged by BCL admins to the team who was more active and reasonable.
While a team is challenged it cannot be challenged by any other team, until the match is played. If a team has not played for 28 days they are considered inactive and they will be removed from the ladder. It’s each teams responsibility to keep matches coming, if they are not challenged they must challenge others.
Playing League Matches
Leagues are tournaments with predefined teams in divisions and groups. Each group has a set of matches that they are expected to play in timely manner. Each match is scheduled for suggested date & time. Match can be played on scheduled time or teams can agree a different time. The match can be played early or maximum seven days after the suggested time.
Contact between leaders in all league fixtures must be made a minimum of 48 hour prior to time of fixture. This must be via BCL website match chat to ensure messages are monitored for fairness and clarity. Messages from different platforms like FB, PSN, WhatsAPP, Discord, etc are difficult to interpret and can be easily fabricated and used out of context will not be accepted as a proof of agreements.
If the match is not played within the set time the match will be judged by BCL admins based on the communication on the BCL website match chat.
Players
All players playing a match must be registered to the team in the BCL website. The registered gamer tag must be exactly the same as the gamer tag visible in the game. A Player can play only in one BCL team at a time in one league/ladder (ref. FAQ Can I play in many teams).
Each team member must have the minimum rank of 25 in the BFV game to be eligible to play matches. This is to avoid players to create new accounts to play as a pickup for another team. It’s not allowed to register multiple game accounts to different teams.
Group Phase
During the first phase of the league or in the Ladder teams is allowed to add new players into team roster. If a new player has played in another team in the same league/ladder there is a cool down period of 14 days, before he/she can play for another team.
Knockouts and Finals
On the later phases of the league the team’s playing roster is frozen. Each teams leader must submit a list on their players to corresponding Discord channel
T5 #t5-scqs1-roster max 15 players per team

Submit only the required number of player names. The players must be registered for the team in the BCL web site. Only submitted players are allowed to play for the team in the BCL knockouts and Finals
